What you need to know

SG Arrival

Arriving in Singapore

  • You are required to show proof of insurance for COVID-19 related medical expenses.
  • Download and register on Singapore’s TraceTogether app which you’ll find here.
AUS Returning

Returning to Australia

  • Australia does not require COVID-19 tests prior to travel or on arrival for fully vaccinated passengers. Check if your airline requires a COVID-19 test.
  • Complete a Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) online within 72 hours of your departing flight.
  • Ensure you have your mask with you and your Australian International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC) is accessible for your flight home.

Some Australian states may require mandatory quarantine when you arrive home. Click here to view current border regulations. or alternatively contact your Travel Manager.

Your Travel Checklist

Here’s a checklist to make sure you have everything you need for a seamless journey. If you’re headed for Singapore make sure to:

  • Complete and submit the SG Arrival Card at least 3 days prior to intended arrival.
  • If not considered fully vaccinated, Singapore require you to have proof of travel insurance which covers COVID-19 related medical expenses.
  • Have a negative COVID-19 PCR test or professionally administered RAT within 48 hours of your flight to Singapore.
  • Obtain your proof of vaccination using the International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC).
  • Travellers are required to install and activate TraceTogether mobile app.
